I recognise local Mosman business owner Matt Bisaro. Matt has been the owner and operator of the Floral Craftsman flower shop on Military Road for over 20 years. Matt moved to the area in 1997. He worked at several flower shops in Mosman before branching out in 2000 and starting his own business from his apartment in Neutral Bay. His business flourished due to his passion for flowers and creativity, and he was soon able to buy his own shop. Matt believes the best thing about flowers is that they make people smile. During last year's lockdown Matt delivered some lockdown kindness to locals who needed a little brightness in their day, with a surprise delivery of a beautiful bouquet with little bunches of love to their front door. Small business owners and community-minded people like Matt make the North Shore electorate the fantastic place it is. I congratulate Matt on behalf of myself and our entire community for the success of his business over the past 20 years. I thank him for his community spirit and wish him all the best for the future of the business.
