Sydney by Kayak Better Business of the Year

—I acknowledge Sydney By Kayak, who was announced as the Better Business of the Year 2023. This award highlights the exceptional work that Sydney By Kayak does, not only showcasing our beautiful Sydney Harbour but the countless efforts in local conservation and sustainability. I have previously highlighted their most recent work installing living sea boulders in Lavender Bay in partnership with the Sydney Institute of Marine Science. It is just one of their many projects aimed at local conservation and sustainability. This year was the 7th Better Business Partnership Awards that, celebrate and recognise the achievements of the best local businesses who exemplify sustainability in their respective industries across our local community. There were thirty-four small business finalists across eight diverse categories. I recognise Laura and Ben, the co-founders of Sydney By Kayak, for all their efforts. You are both truly incredible. My team and I look forward to getting out on the water with you later in the year. Congratulations once again.
