Rotary Club of North Sydney

Ms FELICITY WILSON (North Shore)

—After an extraordinary ninety five years, the Rotary Club of North Sydney is facing its final curtain and will wrap up its operations at the end of the year. Many in our local community would have seen many members of the Rotary Club of North Sydney out and about in our local community, at market stalls, raising money for charity, and standing behind the bbqs at local community and sporting events. I want to acknowledge the extraordinary efforts of the committee over its many years, and in particular want to acknowledge Toni Field OAM as President. The Club has often stood as a beacon of community success, embodying the principles of service, fellowship, and leadership. Their innovatie projects, ranging from community development to healthcare and education, have garnered widespread acclaim, particularly with their work in ending Polio. I join my local community in thanking the Rotary Club of North Sydney for their many years of service to our local community and we wish all their members the very best for their future endeavours.
